This year, Roberta Tipps STEAM Academy is partnering with SchoolStore to fundraise money for our students.  Instead of sending students to sell items, they are bringing home a link for family and friends to send money directly to the school and the student's own classroom!

The event will begin Tuesday, September 8th.  Students will wear a lanyard home with a QR code to SchoolStore.  Their family will scan the code and sign up the student.  Once signed up, families can then send invitations to others to pledge funds to the school.  When the invitations are sent, a prize code is generated that is written on the student's lanyard.  They return this lanyard to school and receive a Book Buddy!  This stuffed friend makes a great reading companion.  If at least four people send funds on the student's behalf, that student receives a second Book Buddy!

Students will be bringing home their lanyards soon, so we hope that all of our families can spread the word and help keep Roberta Tipps an amazing school for these kids.
